Returns

If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, we will refund or exchange any unused product purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase.
Custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Exchange

Please include in the return package the item or the selected size for the exchange. Subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed, we will proceed with the exchange. Any price difference will be refunded or invoiced accordingly. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you by phone.

For Switzerland, the return shipping costs of the initial order are your responsibility, but we will cover the new shipping costs to send you the replacement item of your choice.

You are welcome to come exchange the item directly at the studio to avoid additional shipping costs.

Refund

You may return any purchase within 30 days from the purchase date. Once your return parcel is received at the studio, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, depending on your payment method, minus the initial shipping costs.

Delivery Areas 


We deliver to Switzerland, Europe, and internationally.



Shipping Fees and Delivery Times 


Shipping within Switzerland is free. Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. The delivery time is 3–5 days from the date of the shipping confirmation email.


International deliveries: starting from CHF 20 

Additional fees may be applied by customs authorities.


For bulky, custom-made, or fragile items, we will contact you to arrange the delivery.



Delivery times vary depending on the item and its production time and are indicated on each product page for reference.


Books, yoga mats: 10 business days 

Multiples, photo editions: 14 business days 

Rugs: 10 to 12 weeks 

Caps: 2–4 weeks
