LIVING IN A PAINTING VFO

‘Living in a Painting’ is a recurring installation by Maya Rochat, which has been shown at London's Tate Modern. The artist creates installations that take up the entire space, combining wallpapers, photographs, paintings and prints. To close the exhibition at Edition VFO, Maya Rochat painted on overhead projectors with live music. The paintings on the projectors were projected onto the walls throughout the exhibition. The performance was called ‘Bring your scissors’, as the public could cut the wallpaper installation into pieces to take home their own piece of mural.
