Welcome
MR Gallery & Shop grows from a hands-on relationship with printing technologies and DIY systems. It’s a space where experimentation becomes structure, and where making is both artistic practice and economic necessity.
This website is not just a showcase—it’s a working surface. A place to circulate images, sustain my work, and share how my practice moves through materials, formats, and uses.
Color is not decoration.
Beauty is a tool of connection.
It pulls you in, slows you down, and creates a moment of attention. I use an organic visual intensity to open a instinctive connection—inviting the viewer to stay with the work, to look again, to notice what happens inside the physical presence of an image.
Risk and mistakes are central to my process—often the starting point. I work through trial, error, and material resistance. Volume, drawing, printing: I push them until structure shifts. Images migrate, mutate, and reappear. A painting becomes a blanket. A print becomes an object. Scale changes. Function slips. This instability is intentional. It keeps the work alive.
Objects as Experiences
I’m drawn to images, books, and clothing as objects—not symbols, but carriers.
Portable artworks. Intimate, tactile, meant to be handled, worn, lived with.
These objects move through space and time. They travel. They age. They form relationships with bodies and environments. Art doesn’t stay on the wall—it enters daily life, quietly, persistently, creating personal connections with those who choose to live alongside it.
